Domestic Processing Service and Price

Late Pickup - $25/day after 3 days of no show
-Beef will hang for 10 days unless specified
-We can handle SRM’s call us ahead of time for transport information
-A “form 3” must be completed at drop off
-Animals must be picked up within 2 days of being notified
-We do not supply boxes but will have large freezer bags

An Extra Service!
An extra service we offer is to come and assist farmers with their slaughtering process. We can not do the stunning but everything afterwards in the process can be handled by us, including transport! Contact us if you need more information on this service.
We are actively working on updating our facility! Our current goals are:
A smoker - We want to get back to our beloved “Just Jerky” roots and begin crafting a variety of delicious jerky, mouthwatering sausages, flavorful bacons, and so much more tasty products for you to enjoy!
Vacuum Sealer - A shop is not complete without having a vacuum sealer. Making an airtight seal while also being able to display a high cut of steak is a definite goal for us.
Large capacity Stuffer - Once we start getting that smoker rolling out our mouthwatering meats, our next focus point will have to be our sausage stuff!
New tables - All of our current equipment and tables are used, maintained to be in good condition still! However, an upgrade to something new to fit our space will be a welcomed addition!
